Earlier today, a Cloudflare outage coincided with an Envoy Rooms tablet update, which created a caching issue and prevented the latest app version from loading on some iPads. While the Cloudflare incident is still ongoing, the issue was swiftly identified, and the change was reverted. Your Rooms iPads should now be fully operational. If you continue to see any issues, restarting the iPad should resolve them. We understand how disruptive it can be when your meeting room devices aren’t working as expected, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to address the issue. On 21 August 2025, a Cloudflare outage caused sporadic slowness in the Envoy dashboard, including delayed page loads and occasional badge printing delays.
