Incident Report for Envoy

Resolved

From Monday 7/3 at 11am (PDT) until Tuesday 7/4 at 8am Envoy host email notifications were significantly delayed. Other notification channels, including SMS, Slack, and in-app push functioned normally. During this time, email notifications for new visitors may have been delayed by up to 2 hours. The issue was caused by an error in our downstream email gateway, Mandrill.
