Resolved - Our platform provider has replaced the faulty hardware that was causing intermittent issues with logging in.
Feb 14, 20:50 PST
Update - Service health is returning to normal. Our engineers will continue to monitor the issue. Our platform provider is replacing a piece of infrastructure that was the root cause of the issue, and we will update component status to "Operational" as soon as we verify that everything is complete.
Feb 14, 18:47 PST

Update - User logins for the Envoy dashboard are intermittently failing. If you are unable to login to the dashboard, you may need to try logging in multiple times.

Envoy Deliveries requests are failing at a higher rate so you may see additional errors in the Deliveries app. Any packages that have been scanned are cached locally and re-uploaded if an error occurs.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Feb 13, 00:00 PST
Update - We are delaying the start of this scheduled maintenance to begin at midnight PST on Tuesday morning, Feb 13.
Feb 9, 16:55 PST
Scheduled - On the evening of Monday, February 12, we will migrate two critical applications and associated services into a new, isolated network at our platform provider. We expect approximately 10 minutes of downtime for all customers during this maintenance window as we migrate the application services and backend databases.

This scheduled maintenance will affect all Envoy services, but Envoy Visitor Registration iPad kiosks will still function during the downtime. iPads will automatically upload visitor entry data as soon as the maintenance is complete.

If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
