On May 13th at 11AM Pacific time, we will upgrade one of our core databases to better handle increased traffic. We expect at most half an hour of downtime for our customers during this maintenance window as we perform this migration.

This scheduled maintenance will affect all Envoy services, but Envoy Visitor Registration iPad kiosks will still function during the downtime. iPads will automatically upload visitor entry data as soon as the maintenance is complete.
