On the evening of Monday, February 12, we will migrate two critical applications and associated services into a new, isolated network at our platform provider. We expect approximately 10 minutes of downtime for all customers during this maintenance window as we migrate the application services and backend databases.
This scheduled maintenance will affect all Envoy services, but Envoy Visitor Registration iPad kiosks will still function during the downtime. iPads will automatically upload visitor entry data as soon as the maintenance is complete.
