This incident affected: Envoy Dashboard, Visitor registration, Analytics, Mobile, Workplace (Employee Registration, Desks, Deliveries, Rooms, Maps), Integrations (Auto Check-in via Access Control, Auto-Check in via Wifi Integrations, Developer API, Partner Integrations), and Notifications (Push notifications, Slack notifications).
