Investigating
We have been made aware of an issue where companies that have their Visitor data stored in our EU data centre may not have their Host Notifications sent through email. Other methods such as SMS are working correctly. Companies with their Visitor data stored in our US data centre are not impacted.
Our team are investigating at this time.
